What to do about premature ovarian failure

Premature ovarian failure is a disease with a high incidence in recent years. This disease seriously damages the health of patients. With the continuous development of medicine, there are more and more methods to treat premature ovarian failure, such as hormone therapy, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, etc. What are the commonly used methods to treat premature ovarian failure?

Progesterone treatment: Patients with premature ovarian failure take 8-10 mg of medroxyprogesterone acetate orally once a night for 10 consecutive days. Starting from the 16th day of administration, 10 mg of progesterone is injected intramuscularly every day for 5 consecutive injections.

Periodic supplementation of estrogen and progesterone: It can prevent epithelial atrophy and calcium loss in reproductive organs, protect the cardiovascular system, and prevent changes in lipid metabolism. Estrogen can be taken orally at any time. Diethylstilbestrol is 0.5-1 mg, once a night for patients with premature ovarian failure, for 22 consecutive days. Progesterone supplementation starts on the 11th day of medication. Ethylestradiol 5 micrograms, once a night, for 20 to 22 days, plus progesterone.

Traditional Chinese medicine for premature ovarian failure: Yougui Yi Chong Tang. Roasted Astragalus, Codonopsis, Epimedium, Cuscuta, Raspberry, Stir-fried Chinese Yam, Curculigo, Morinda, Stir-fried Angelica, Lycium, Cornus officinalis, Deer Horn Slices (Stir-fried First), Amomum, Rehmannia, Aconitum, Cnidium, Jasmine, Ziheche, Amethyst (Decoction First). After taking Chinese herbal medicine alone for 7 to 10 days, symptoms such as baking fever are significantly alleviated. The combined use of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) has a synergistic effect in the treatment of HGA patients over 35 years old. Some patients with premature ovarian failure resume menstruation after taking Chinese medicine for about 1 month. Erxian Yizhong Tang. Cuscuta, Lycium, Polygonum multiflorum, Morinda, Angelica, Ligustrum, Curculigo, Immortelle, Dry Lotus Grass, Tortoise Shell Glue, Deer Antler Glue, Phellodendron, Anemarrhena, Euphorbia.

At present, the treatment of premature ovarian failure is mainly to supplement exogenous estrogen and progesterone appropriately to make up for the lack of ovarian function and delay the pathological process. However, the indicators and dosages must be strictly controlled, and the cause must be checked and treated regularly. Because the appropriate dose of drugs can stimulate ovarian function, but the inappropriate dose will inhibit ovarian function.

These are the specific contents of the commonly used methods for treating premature ovarian failure. I believe everyone already knows that as long as the patients with premature ovarian failure can be treated correctly in time, the treatment effect of premature ovarian failure will be better.
