B-ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial tuberculosis

B-ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial tuberculosis

Everyone knows that there are many reasons for infertility. Among the many reasons, the most common one is endometrial tuberculosis, which refers to the phenomenon that the uterus of female patients has tuberculosis for some reason. So when patients feel unwell, should they go to the hospital for B-ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial tuberculosis?

1. Clinical diagnosis: Endometrial tuberculosis is a common gynecological disease, but the preoperative diagnosis rate is not high. Before the application of laparoscopy, the preoperative diagnosis rate of Ingersoll buckle was about 30% for experienced gynecologists and only 10% for inexperienced gynecologists. The reason for this is that the first is the over-reliance on so-called typical symptoms and signs, such as infertility, dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, fixed posterior position of the uterus, pelvic adhesions, adnexal masses, etc.

2. B-ultrasound examination: The sonogram of endometrial cysts is granular and fine echoes. If the cyst fluid is viscous and there are endometrial fragments floating inside, it is easy to be similar to the echo characteristics of hair in the fat of teratoma, that is, small and fine light bands can be seen in the fluid, distributed in parallel dotted lines. Sometimes there are partitions inside, dividing it into several cysts of different sizes, with inconsistent echoes between each cyst, often adhering to the uterus, and the boundaries between the two are unclear.

3. Laparoscopic diagnosis. The method of diagnosing endometrial tuberculosis includes the distance between the laparoscope lens and the endometrial tuberculosis lesion can change the magnification of the actual object. 10mm away from the lesion, magnification 3 times; 15mm away from the lesion, magnification 2 times; 50mm is close to the original shape, that is, no magnification.

The above is an introduction to several items that patients with endometrial tuberculosis need to do when going to the hospital for examination. In order to help doctors better understand the patient's condition, these examination items are necessary. I hope the doctor's information will be helpful to you. In addition, once the patient is diagnosed, he or she should be admitted to the hospital for treatment immediately to avoid missing the best treatment time.
