How to treat cervical warts in the early stage?

Do you know what treatment technologies are available for cervical warts? Cervical warts are a highly contagious sexually transmitted disease among the population and are very harmful. Therefore, our country has developed many treatment technologies for cervical warts. Although they cannot guarantee that patients will recover, they can greatly reduce their pain and reduce the possibility of recurrence. Let's take a look at the treatment technologies for cervical warts.

Cryotherapy

Using liquid nitrogen at -196℃, the freezing method is used to treat cervical condyloma, which promotes the necrosis and shedding of wart tissue. The operation is simple, efficient, and easy for patients to tolerate. This method is suitable for condyloma with a small number and small area. It can be treated 1 to 2 times, with an interval of one week.

Laser therapy

Cervical warts are usually treated with CO2 laser and ablation. Single or a small number of warts can be treated once, while multiple or large warts can be treated 2 to 3 times, with an interval of one week.

Electrocautery

High-frequency electroacupuncture or electrosurgery is used to remove condyloma acuminatum. This treatment is suitable for condyloma acuminatum with a small number and small area.

Aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT therapy)

This method can selectively kill the proliferating cells, not only destroying the visible cervical condyloma, but also clearing the subclinical damage and latent infected tissues. It has the advantages of high cure rate, low recurrence rate, few and mild adverse reactions, and good patient compliance.

Surgery

It is suitable for giant cervical warts, and can be removed completely or in batches.

Immunotherapy

It is not recommended to be used alone, but can be used as an adjuvant treatment and to prevent recurrence. Interferon can be injected intramuscularly, subcutaneously, and at the base of the lesion, interleukin-2 can be injected subcutaneously or intramuscularly, and polycytokines can be injected intramuscularly.
