How are cervical warts transmitted?

Some people feel very puzzled after being infected with genital warts, because everyone thinks that sexually transmitted diseases are transmitted through unclean sexual intercourse, but they do not have a chaotic sex life. In fact, the transmission route of genital warts is not only unclean sexual intercourse, but also other transmission routes.

(1) Self-inoculation. Condyloma acuminatum can cause itching, which is very harmful to the patient. Many patients often scratch the affected area. If they do not pay attention to hygiene, scratching and touching other parts of their body can cause self-inoculation infection.

(2) Friction of sexual organs. When patients with condyloma acuminatum have friction with their sexual organs, tiny skin breaks that are invisible to the naked eye may occur. If one party has the virus, it can enter the other party's skin and cause infection.

(3) Mother-to-child transmission. The onset of condylomata can cause female patients to be unable to get pregnant. If a pregnant woman has condylomata, it is likely to be transmitted to the fetus. At the same time, more attention should be paid. In order to avoid infection of the fetus during delivery, a cesarean section can be chosen. Do not bathe in the same basin with the baby after delivery.

(4) Mutual infection between husband and wife. If both husband and wife are infected with condyloma acuminata, both should be treated at the same time. Treatment of only one party is ineffective. Even if the treatment is thorough, it will still cause mutual infection during sexual life. Therefore, condyloma acuminata must be treated by both husband and wife at the same time to be effective.

(5) Contact transmission. Genital warts are a sexually transmitted disease that is somewhat infectious. When patients come into contact with objects containing HPV pathogens, such as underwear, towels and other personal hygiene products; bathtubs, bathtubs and other public health products, etc., contact transmission may occur.

Experts said that they hope everyone can pay more attention to their personal behavior and hygiene in their daily lives.
