Brief analysis of common symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy

Acute ectopic pregnancy is a common type of ectopic pregnancy, which seriously threatens the health of female friends. What are the symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy ? Here are some common symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy.

In general, common symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy include:

1. Amenorrhea. Except for interstitial pregnancy, the amenorrhea lasts for 6 to 8 weeks. Common symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy, such as abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding, usually occur after amenorrhea. However, about 20% of patients with acute ectopic pregnancy do not have a history of amenorrhea.

2. Abdominal pain is the main symptom of acute ectopic pregnancy patients. Abdominal pain is caused by multiple factors such as fallopian tube enlargement, rupture, and blood irritation to the peritoneum. When rupture occurs, patients with acute ectopic pregnancy suddenly feel tearing pain in one side of the lower abdomen, often accompanied by nausea.

Vomiting. If the blood is confined to the lesion area, the symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy are local pain in the lower abdomen; when blood accumulates in the rectouterine pouch, there is a feeling of heaviness in the anus; when the amount of bleeding is excessive, blood flows from the pelvic cavity to the abdominal cavity, and the pain spreads from the lower abdomen to the entire abdomen; when the blood stimulates the diaphragm, it can cause radiating pain in the shoulder blades.

3. Vaginal bleeding. After the embryo dies, patients with acute ectopic pregnancy often have irregular vaginal bleeding, which is dark brown in color and small in amount, generally not exceeding the amount of menstruation, but is spotty and not clean.

4. Syncope and shock. Due to acute intra-abdominal bleeding, acute ectopic pregnancy can cause decreased blood volume and severe abdominal pain. Mild cases often cause syncope, and severe cases cause shock. The severity of the disease is proportional to the rate and amount of intra-abdominal bleeding, that is, the more and more urgent the bleeding, the faster and more severe the symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy will appear, but it is not proportional to the amount of vaginal bleeding.

The above is an introduction to the common symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy. I hope it will be helpful to everyone. Once the symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy appear, you must go to the hospital for treatment in time to avoid delaying the condition.
