How to prevent adenomyosis

In our daily life, many female friends suffer from adenomyosis. In fact, in life, we have a lot of common sense to prevent this disease, so how to prevent adenomyosis!

Preventive care for adenomyosis: According to the cause of endometriosis, the following preventive measures can be taken to prevent the occurrence of endometriosis:

1. Unnecessary gynecological examinations should be avoided during menstruation, and excessive squeezing of the uterus must be avoided to prevent the endometrium from entering the fallopian tubes and causing endometrial implantation in the abdominal cavity.

2. If a female friend is menstruating, it is best to avoid empty gun surgery during this period. Because if the operation is performed during this period, endometrial fragments will enter the abdominal cavity through the fallopian tube, which may cause ectopic implantation.

3. Try to avoid gynecological surgery near menstruation. Move gently and avoid squeezing.

4. Adhere to contraception and do not or lessen the number of artificial abortions. Due to the negative pressure suction of the uterus, if the pressure and method used in the operation are improper, blood will also flow into the abdominal cavity, leading to endometriosis implantation.

5. Extremely curved uterus or narrow cervix and vagina, congenital uterus without vagina and other reproductive tract malformations, cervical adhesions can lead to poor or impossible menstrual blood discharge, and menstrual blood reflux causing endometriosis. The above diseases should be actively treated to prevent the occurrence of endometriosis.

6. Avoid iatrogenic implantation during myomectomy, especially when the surgery penetrates the uterine cavity, or during cesarean section or cesarean section, the surgical incision should be protected to avoid endometriosis from entering the pelvic cavity or implanting into the pelvic cavity to cause pelvic endometriosis.

This is an introduction to the preventive measures for adenomyosis. I hope that female friends must seriously learn to take active prevention measures in their lives. Active prevention of the incidence of this disease is still very low.
