【Shrimp and Avocado Rice Balls】

  • Ingredients: 2 large sheets of seaweed, 200 grams of rice, 6 boiled shrimps, half an avocado, 1 boiled egg.

  • Seasoning: 2 teaspoons mayonnaise, a little soy sauce, and black pepper.

  • practice:

    1. Peel and seed the avocado, then cut into 1 cm long and wide dices. Cut the shrimp into the same size.

    2. Add avocado, shrimp, and seasoning to a bowl and mix well. Cut the boiled eggs into round slices.

    3. Spread the seaweed sheets into a diamond shape, put 1/4 of the rice on it, then stack half of the shrimp, avocado mayonnaise, and boiled eggs in that order, and then stack 1/4 of the rice again.

    4. Fold the four corners of the nori sheet towards the middle, turn it over so that the sealed edge is facing down, let it sit for a while until the nori sheet is tightly attached, and then cut it in half with a kitchen knife. This is the basic method of making "no-knead rice balls".

    5. Follow the same steps to make another rice ball.

【Anchovy Natto Rice Ball】

  • Ingredients: 2 large sheets of nori, 200 grams of rice, 1 box of natto, 4 tablespoons of anchovies, 2 scallions, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, and a little soy sauce.

  • practice:

    1. Wash the onions and cut them into chopped green onions. Add soy sauce and egg to natto and mix well.

    2. Preheat the pan and pour sesame oil over it. Add anchovy, natto and eggs. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Turn off the heat and add chopped green onions and mix.

    4. Refer to the above method of making rice balls without kneading, and complete the wrapping and cutting steps. Follow the same steps to make another rice ball.

【Korean bibimbap flavor rice balls】

  • Ingredients: 2 large sheets of seaweed, 200 grams of rice, 60 grams of beef slices, 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce, 40 grams of carrots, 2 small spinach stalks, 1/2 teaspoon of white sesame seeds.

  • Seasoning: pepper salt, sesame oil, and minced garlic, as appropriate.

  • practice:

    1. First, cut the beef slices into bite-sized pieces, mix them with the barbecue sauce in a heat-resistant bowl, then heat them in a microwave (600W) for 30 to 60 seconds, take them out and stir well.

    2. Wash the carrots, cut them into thin strips, blanch them in boiling water, and when they are cooled down to a temperature that is not too hot, drain them and add seasonings to taste.

    3. Wash and blanch the spinach, drain, cut into 3 cm long sections, and mix with seasoning.

    4. Spread the seaweed sheets into a diamond shape, put 1/4 of the rice on it, arrange half the amount of shredded carrots, roast beef, and spinach on top of the rice, and finally top with 1/4 of the rice.

    5. Follow the method of making the no-kneading rice ball, just wrap and cut, then follow the same steps to make another rice ball.
