1. Fish Oil

Fish oil has many benefits. It is rich in Omega-3 high-quality fatty acids, which can improve heart and eye health, and also fight inflammation and depression. Nutritionist Chen Shiyun reminds that fish oil will be more effective if taken with food, and it is recommended to take fish oil after meals.

It is not recommended for people who are taking anticoagulant drugs, have coagulation dysfunction, are pregnant women before delivery, or are about to undergo surgery to consume fish oil.

2. Probiotics

However, nutritionist Chen Shiyun reminds that red yeast rice health products are not recommended for some groups of people. For example, people who are taking lipid-lowering or anticoagulant drugs, or patients with liver and kidney diseases, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women are not recommended to consume red yeast rice-related health products.
