Step 1/ Lie down with your feet on the ground, lift your right foot and place it on your left knee, and relax your upper body and keep it flat on the ground.

Step 2 / Lift your left foot, pass your right hand through the middle of your legs, go around the outside of your left calf with your left hand, clasp your hands together with your right hand to hold your left knee, then pull your left knee toward your body, feeling the muscles between your right foot and buttocks being stretched, and stay for 10-15 seconds while coordinating your breathing.

Step 3/ Then release your feet from the ground and switch to the other foot.

Step 4/ You can do three sets of cycles.

Child's pose > Cat pose > Child's pose.

Step 1/ Kneel on all fours with your toes on the ground.

Step 2/ Place your palms below your shoulders and your knees facing your pelvis.

Step 3/ Put your toes down and lean your body back into the baby pose.

Step 4/ Feel your back stretching apart section by section, and extend your palms forward.

Step 5/ You can maintain this position for about two minutes to relax your back muscles.

Step 6/ Stand up and return to the kneeling position on all fours with your toes on the ground.

Step 7/ Place your palms below your shoulders and your knees facing your pelvis.

Step 8/ Arch your back in cat pose and feel your spine being stretched apart vertebrae by vertebrae.

Step 9/ Feel as if there is a big ball under your stomach that coordinates with your breathing.

Step 10/ Next, put your feet down, look forward, stick your butt out, and return to the child pose.
