Eat the right fruits to achieve true beauty

Fruit is the most life-enhancing of all foods, containing more water than any other food and providing life-sustaining amino acids, minerals, vitamins and fatty acids. Because fruit breaks down the fastest in the digestive system and leaves no toxic residue, it can quickly replenish energy for the body to burn immediately.

Of all foods, fruit has the strongest cleansing and detoxifying function. We can think of fruits as purifiers of the body and greens and other vegetables as builders of the body. Fruits help dissolve toxins, purify body tissues and the digestive system, and remove old toxic residues from the body.

Eat the ripe ones

Ripe fruits create alkalinity in the body, and organic fruits are the most alkaline because they are grown in mineral-dense soils. Unripe fruits may become acidic. For example, if you were to test the pH value of two different bananas, you would find that the banana with the most black spots on the skin has a higher alkaline value than the banana with a slightly green top and no spots on the skin! So remember, when eating fruits or making beauty detox fruit smoothies, only choose ripe fruits.

Besides being good for your body, ripe fruit is also juicier and sweeter. But how do we tell whether the fruit is ripe? Bananas can be identified by the obvious spots on their skin, while other fruits can be identified by their color and sweet smell. Generally speaking, you should look for fruit that is uniform in color and texture, and that smells sweet and flavorful. The color should be bright and full, without the green or white that indicates unripeness - unless the fruit already has these colors. For example, in cantaloupe, the areas that appear faded are actually where the skin comes into contact with the soil, and do not affect its sweetness and deliciousness.

Choose fruits with seeds

By definition, fruits produce their own seeds, which contain DNA designed to allow them to grow into giant trees or plants. Fruits containing seeds have abundant fertility and can reproduce the next generation; natural fruits containing seeds have the explosive power of life, and when we consume them, we eat that energy and add to our own charm.

When fruit is sold as "seedless," it means that the fruit's genetic makeup has been tampered with in a laboratory by scientists to create a marketable variety. Scientists use genetic engineering to make these hybrid fruits lack a set of chromosomes in their reproductive cells. In other words, these fruits do not produce seeds and no longer have the ability to reproduce. This behavior completely defies the true and original definition of fruit! Even worse, hybrid fruits may contain higher levels of sugar and fewer minerals.

To radiate sexiness from within, consume natural, organic, seed-containing fruits. I have to pick out about a dozen seeds from the lemon before pouring the juice over my salad, but I enjoy the process because I know I'm getting the freshest, most natural lemon juice that will provide me with the best nutrition!

Choose low-sugar foods when necessary

Blackberries, blueberries, cranberries, currants, grapefruits, green apples, kiwis, kumquats, limes, lemons, pomegranates, strawberries, etc. are all a bit acidic and are very suitable for the diet of people who are sensitive to sugar. Strictly speaking, cucumbers and tomatoes are also considered fruits and can be eaten together.

Eat fruit raw

Fruit should be eaten raw. After being heated at high temperatures, fruits will lose their detoxifying function and many nutrients, and will eventually form acidic rather than alkaline residues in the human body. Cooked fruits and fruit products to avoid include pasteurized juices (most bottled juices and drinks), jams, jellies, baked fruit pies and other such desserts, and commercially available applesauce and other fruit sauces.

It is best to eat fruit on an empty stomach

Fruits are the most sacred and purest foods on earth, enhancing our life force and delivering important vitamins, minerals and pure water into our bodies. However, the key lies in when we eat fruit.

You may think you're making a healthy choice when you choose fruit salad for a snack, but the reality is you're just creating trouble for your digestive system!

Fruit is the fastest to break down of all foods, and it only stays in the stomach for twenty to thirty minutes. If fruit is placed after food that takes a long time to digest in the stomach - concentrated foods like starches or proteins, for example - the fruit will cause the entire meal to ferment and become sour: fermented fruit = obstruction.
