Find a door at home, hold the door handle with both hands, open your legs naturally, and place a chair behind you. While counting to 10 seconds, slowly squat down until your buttocks almost touch the height of the chair, then slowly stand up. Repeat 10 times for a total of 100 seconds.

Training areas: Buttocks, quadriceps, thigh muscles.

2. Beyoncé

Squat down with your legs wider than shoulder width apart, feet facing outward, back straight and chest out, a bit like the preparatory stance of a sumo wrestler. Then take the biggest steps forward you can, about 20 steps back and forth, or until you feel soreness in your inner thighs.

Training area: inner thigh and buttocks muscles.

3. Jennifer Aniston

Prepare a chair, stand with your hands on the back of the chair, slowly lift your right leg back to 45 degrees, then slowly lower it but don't touch the ground. Do 25 times on each side, alternating left and right. For a more advanced version, try tying a 10-pound weight to your raised foot for added strength, or remove the chair for support.

Go to the gym and do 20 minutes of elliptical machine or bike work without too much resistance, then do 20 squats (extend your arms forward and squat down until your thighs are parallel to the ground), 20 lunges, 40 sit-ups, and 40 reverse curls.

Training areas: buttocks, calves, abdomen.

5. Mariah Carey

Spread your feet shoulder-width apart, face the wall, place a towel under your feet, hold the wall with both hands and stand on tiptoes to train your calf muscles. One cycle is 10 seconds, and repeat 10 times.

Training area: calf.
