Water bottle exercise to eliminate breast milk: horizontal lift

After standing still, hold a water bottle in each hand, then slowly raise your hands outward until they are parallel to the floor, feeling the stretch of your biceps, triceps and pectoralis major in your upper arms and the continued pull of your muscles. Then lower your hands back to the outside of your thighs. The number of sets can be adjusted according to the weight of the water bottle. 600-800 grams (i.e. 600-800cc of water) is recommended. You can do 15 reps in one set, and do 3 sets in a row.

Eliminate breast milk bottle exercise: rear lift

For the second movement, stand still with a water bottle in each hand, hold the bottle tightly with both hands and lift it backwards in reverse. Depending on your personal flexibility, lift it to about 45 degrees and feel the muscles of the back arm and the accessory breast being lifted. Then lower your hands back to the outside of your thighs. You can do 15 reps in one set of raises, and do 3 sets in a row.

Teacher Jay Chou added that local weight loss mainly relies on muscle strength training and should be moderately combined with aerobic exercise, such as aerobic dance, flywheel, etc. Whether it is aerobic or muscle strength, the most important thing is to practice every day with perseverance. However, if you feel muscle soreness or discomfort, you need to stop immediately and rely on massage to push away the accumulated lactic acid, and then train the next day to avoid straining your muscles.
