Clapping after meals helps digestion and burns fat easily

Don’t just sit on the sofa and watch TV after a meal. About 30 minutes after the meal, you can get up and do some simple exercises. Not only will it help digestion, but sweating can also be good for your health.

Step 1: Clap forward

  1. (Preparatory action) Shoulders and arms should be placed naturally, with palms against the outside of thighs. Stand with your legs together and knees straight. Remember to tighten your buttocks and abdominal muscles. Maintain this position for about 3 seconds.

  2. Then take a small step to the right with your right foot, move your feet to the width of your shoulders, stretch your arms behind your back and clasp them together, then slowly pull up your arms with your palms facing upwards, while tilting your head back and inhaling.

  3. Bend your legs forward to a 90-degree vertical position, then release your crossed hands behind your back, swing your arms forward and clap your hands, keep your palms together for 3 seconds, and exhale slowly.

Step 2: Clap your hands left and right

  1. Same preparatory action as the first move.

  2. Take a big step to the right with your right foot, the distance should be twice the width of your shoulders, put your hands behind your head, tilt your upper body back slightly, and inhale for 3 seconds.

  3. Bend your knees 90 degrees, sink your hips slightly, stretch your arms straight down, then clap your hands to the left while exhaling, and then switch to the right side.

Tip 3: Clap your hands up and down

  1. Same as preparatory action.

  2. Keep standing, raise your arms up and clap above your head, you should feel the muscles in your upper body stretching upwards at the same time. Be careful not to let your arms stick to your ears, keep them at a distance from your head.

  3. Bend your right knee and slowly lift it up until your knee is at chest height. Then clap your hands underneath your right thigh, then switch to your left thigh.
