Will dysmenorrhea affect pregnancy?

Dysmenorrhea makes many female friends suffer. Initially, there are so many days of irritability every month. If dysmenorrhea is added, it is really difficult. Dysmenorrhea not only affects women's normal life and work, but also brings a series of effects. Many women are still worried about dysmenorrhea: Will dysmenorrhea affect pregnancy?

Dysmenorrhea is divided into primary dysmenorrhea and secondary dysmenorrhea:

Primary dysmenorrhea, also known as functional dysmenorrhea, is a very common disease in young women. Primary dysmenorrhea is not accompanied by obvious organic pelvic lesions. Primary dysmenorrhea is generally attributed to the following: uterine hypoplasia, endometrial tube shedding, uterine curvature, physical factors, abnormal reactions of mental factors, etc. The pain usually occurs after or after menstruation, mainly concentrated in the middle of the lower abdomen, and is spasmodic. The incidence of primary dysmenorrhea decreases after the age of 30. This pain is a normal phenomenon and theoretically will not affect pregnancy.

Secondary pain usually has different symptoms, such as abdominal distension, lower abdominal swelling, stool swelling, sexual intercourse pain, etc. Secondary pain is usually caused by organic lesions of pelvic organs, and common causes include: endometriosis, adenomyosis, uterine malformation, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, etc.

If gynecological diseases are serious, it will affect pregnancy, but there are many factors that affect pregnancy. Environmental factors, mental factors, whether the fallopian tubes are unobstructed, uterine factors, congenital genetic factors, etc. are all important factors that affect pregnancy. No matter what kind of dysmenorrhea you need to go to the hospital for treatment, although primary dysmenorrhea has no effect on pregnancy, it will seriously affect the quality of personal life. Some minor discomforts may also be a precursor to certain diseases. Don't delay the treatment because of embarrassment and make the condition worse.
