Causes and manifestations of endometrial tuberculosis

Causes and manifestations of endometrial tuberculosis

We must actively grasp the cause of endometrial tuberculosis. If endometrial tuberculosis is not treated in time, it may cause serious harm. Among many infertile patients, endometrial tuberculosis is one of the main causes. Therefore, it is necessary for us to find appropriate treatment methods based on the understanding of the cause of endometrial tuberculosis.

1. Menstrual disorders: especially shortened menstrual cycle, frequent menstruation, heavy menstrual flow, prolonged menstruation, abdominal pain during menstruation, etc. These menstrual disorders increase the frequency and amount of menstrual blood flowing from the fallopian tube to the pelvic cavity. Patients with abdominal pain during menstruation, especially those with severe abdominal pain, will have a strong contraction of the uterus due to increased secretion of prostaglandins in the blood, and at the same time, the chance of menstrual blood backflow and the release of endometrial fragments will be increased.

2. Abnormal position of the uterus: Gynecological experts say that the normal position of the uterus is forward tilted and flexed to facilitate the outflow of menstrual blood. If the uterus is retroverted or flexed, especially to a severe degree, it can easily cause poor outflow of menstrual blood, accumulation of blood in the uterine cavity, and increase of pressure in the uterine cavity, creating conditions for menstrual blood to flow back into the abdominal cavity.

3. Ignoring menstrual hygiene: During menstruation, the pelvic cavity is congested, the uterus is sensitive, and the frequency and intensity of contractions increase. If you do not pay attention to emotional regulation, excessive excitement, nervousness, irritability, anxiety, fear, overwork, strenuous exercise, sudden changes in body position, especially during menstruation, unnecessary gynecological internal examinations, or excessive squeezing. Using vaginal suppositories during menstruation can easily increase the chance and amount of menstrual blood reflux.

The above is an analysis of the causes of endometrial tuberculosis. Experts point out that the occurrence of endometrial tuberculosis is caused by a combination of causes, mainly endometrial implantation and retrograde menstruation. Understanding the causes of endometrial tuberculosis can help everyone achieve accurate treatment.
