Prescription: tangerine seed, litchi seed, Chinese knotweed, fennel, lindera strychnifolia, toosendan fruit, seaweed, rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, zedoaria, processed Polygonum multiflorum, codonopsis pilosula, raw oyster, calamus shell, and motherwort.

Preparation method: Grind the above Chinese medicines into fine powder, add honey, stir and refine into pills the size of sycamore seeds for oral administration.

Usage: Patients with uterine fibroids can take it with boiled water in a half-hungry and half-full state, 3 times a day, about 6 grams each time. If the patient's constitution is hot, it can be taken with light salt water. And this prescription should be taken 3 days after the menstruation is over, and stopped 3-5 days before the menstruation. A course of treatment is 3 months, and generally 1-3 courses of treatment are required for better results.

Efficacy: Juli Sanjie Pills have the effects of promoting qi and dispersing stagnation, softening hard masses and astringing, and invigorating qi and activating blood circulation.

Explanation of the prescription: The combined action of litchi seeds, tangerine seeds, chestnut shells, cumin, Toosendan seeds and Linderae scutellariae in the prescription can achieve the effects of regulating qi, dispersing stagnation, relieving pain and eliminating symptoms; while Curcuma zedoaria has the effects of promoting qi, breaking up blood, and expelling stagnation; seaweed and raw oyster have the effects of softening and dispersing stagnation; Codonopsis pilosula can replenish qi, benefit blood, and strengthen the spleen; Dipsacus asper can replenish the kidney and relax the muscles; processed Polygonum multiflorum and Rhizoma Cibotii have the effects of replenishing blood and stopping bleeding; Leonurus japonicus can promote blood circulation and regulate menstruation, promote blood circulation and dissipate blood stasis, and significantly enhance the contractility and tension of uterine muscles.
