Ovarian cyst classification Women gain weight and should beware of ovarian cysts

Ovarian cysts are a broad category of ovarian tumors that can occur at any age, but are most common between the ages of 20 and 50. Ovarian cysts are classified into the following categories.

Ovarian tumors are classified into the following types according to their pathological types:

1. Ovarian epithelial tumor: It is more common in women aged 30 to 50. Symptoms include abdominal pain and bloating.

2. Ovarian malignant teratoma: common in young women, with symptoms including abdominal distension, abdominal pain, fever, etc.

3. Ovarian granulosa cell tumor: It is more common in women aged 40 to 55, and its symptoms include menstrual disorders or vaginal bleeding after the menstruation is over.

4. Yolk sac tumor and endodermal sinus tumor: more common in young women and young girls, highly malignant, rapidly developing, often manifested as abdominal distension and pain.

Continuous fever, general fatigue, etc. Young women may show symptoms such as breast development and vaginal bleeding. When asked about the medical history, the patient often does not feel any discomfort at first, and then after careful questioning, most patients will say: Recently found that the waist circumference has increased, and the pants in the past can no longer be worn. Middle-aged and elderly women think that they are fat. In fact, this is an early symptom of ovarian cancer.

The ovaries live deep in the pelvic cavity, and in the early stages, the mass cannot be touched outside the abdomen. As the tumor gradually grows, you can see an increase in waist circumference, or feel a slight bloating. Because malignant tumors grow rapidly, once obvious symptoms appear, their lesions are often in the late stage. Doctors recommend being alert to common gynecological diseases and strengthening self-monitoring. It is recommended to urinate on an empty stomach when you wake up in the morning, lie on your back in bed, bend your hips and knees, relax your abdomen, press your fingertips on your abdomen, especially on both sides, and carefully touch whether there is a mass. In this way, early self-discovery of ovarian tumors is possible. For women with thin bodies and soft skin, self-examination is easy.

In the eyes of many people, it is normal for women to gain weight, especially those who are middle-aged and elderly. However, when your body suddenly gains weight, don't be careless. Maybe gynecological tumors are quietly attacking you.
