How long can you live with cervical precancerous lesions?

Regular follow-up after surgery, currently using HPV virus testing and cervical liquid-based cytology testing, the above two detection methods have a high probability of detecting cervical cancer. Even if cervical precancerous lesions occur again, active treatment will not affect normal life expectancy. If a woman is found to have cervical precancerous lesions but is not treated in time, or if a woman's cervical lesions are found to be in the middle and late stages of cervical cancer, the patient's five-year survival rate is difficult to accurately judge. If a woman undergoes a cervical biopsy and is found to have grade 2 cervical precancerous lesions, commonly known as intermediate cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, it does not belong to cervical cancer. Intermediate cervical intraepithelial neoplasia will develop into advanced cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and then develop into cervical cancer.

Can cervical cancer stage 1a2 be cured?

For cervical cancer 1A, total hysterectomy, adnexa and pelvic lymph nodes need to be cleared and removed. 1A cervical cancer can be completely cured without subsequent radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Cervical biopsy shows that when there is advanced cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, the possibility of cervical precancerous lesions cannot be ruled out. Cervical cold knife cone biopsy is recommended to further clarify the diagnosis of pathological tissue. Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in gynecology.

What are the drugs used to treat cervical cancer?

The main symptom of cervical cancer is contact vaginal bleeding, which is more common in middle-aged and elderly women. HPV is related to infection. Cervical cancer is mainly diagnosed based on cervical biopsy pathology. If the relevant examination does not metastasize, radical surgery can be performed for cervical cancer. After surgery, it is necessary to combine pathology with corresponding chemotherapy. If there is lymph node metastasis, radiotherapy needs to be added. If the cervix invades the vagina and metastasizes, surgery is not possible, and only radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be used. For women with early cervical cancer, the main treatment method is surgery, and chemotherapy drugs may be needed after surgery to consolidate treatment. There is currently no special drug for cervical cancer, and the most effective treatments are still radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and targeted therapy.
