1. Eat six types of nutrients at regular times and in balanced amounts.

2. Moderately adopt a "low-calorie diet" and control the total calorie intake per person per day to 20-25 calories per kilogram of body weight, which will help to lose weight healthily.

3. Before adopting special diets such as "low-fat diet", "low-sugar diet" (such as ketogenic diet) and "intermittent diet", please consult a doctor to avoid hurting your body instead of losing weight. If a single special diet is implemented for more than half a year, you should consult a doctor or nutritionist for adjustments.

4. Eat meat and vegetables first, then rice. The gastrointestinal absorption rate is slower, and studies have found that it helps improve blood sugar.
