Posture 1

While standing correctly, bend your upper body, lean your elbows against the table, and lie on the table.

1. Stand correctly in front of the table and keep an appropriate distance from the table.

2. Lean your upper body forward and place your elbows on the table. Keep your feet parallel to the ground and stand firmly.

3. Place your head between the two arms, relax your strength, slow down your breathing, lie down and wait for the moment when the muscles around your spine suddenly relax. Maintain this position for 60 seconds.

Repeat this exercise for 60 seconds x 3 times.

Posture 2

In the correct standing position, bend your upper body, lean your elbows toward the chair, and lie on the chair.

Note: When bending your body, be sure to maintain correct posture. The key to this movement is to get the posture right. Even if it feels troublesome, you must "stand correctly" before starting to avoid putting a burden on your body.

1. Stand correctly in front of the chair and keep an appropriate distance from the chair.

2. Lean your upper body forward and place your elbows on your face. If you stand correctly, the chair won't rock.

Repeat this exercise for 60 seconds x 3 times.
