Next, prepare the juicer and start making juice! This juicer is very convenient. You can blend by pressing the button and stop when you release it! So you can always pay attention to the degree of the juice. For about 10 to 20 seconds, the enzyme-mixed juice is ready!

Very thick texture, very smooth to drink ~ Pineapple and banana aroma is very strong, love it, I drink a cup at noon and I am full ~ (I think adding smoothie is not inferior to the fruit juice outside!! And it is healthier without sugar)

★Cabbage pineapple yogurt

Ingredients: cabbage, pineapple, yogurt.

But because I bought organic grapes, and the grape skin and seeds are very nutritious, I didn’t peel or seed them! Put all the ingredients into the juicer. Since it is whole grapes, it is recommended to blend it for a longer time! Otherwise, the taste of the skin and seeds is not very good. The finished product tastes heavy on the grapefruit flavor.

But because of the addition of grapes, it is still very delicious! (Those of you who have eaten grapefruit should know what I am talking about...)

The juice is more watery and not as thick as the previous two. Although it is not as sweet, thinking about the antioxidant effects of grape skins and seeds, as well as the rich vitamin C and bowel movement promoting effects of grapefruit, I drank a whole cup of it without realizing it. It has a very solid taste! !

I have been drinking juice in the mornings these days, and I really feel my belly has gotten smaller during sex! ! And my face looks smaller when I take photos~ (the swelling has also disappeared)

When it comes to losing weight, it is really not recommended to eat very little to lose weight, as this will cause you to lose weight in places where you shouldn’t!
