Wu Qili said at an event on September 10 that her current method of losing weight is to eat a pack of wafer biscuits and a piece of tofu every day, exercise regularly, and occasionally eat diet meals. Compared to my heaviest weight last year, I lost a total of about 13.6 kilograms. According to estimates, Wu Qili's current weight should be less than 50 kilograms.

Nutritionist Zhao Hanying said that wafers only contain a large amount of carbohydrates, a small amount of fat and protein. Adding a piece of tofu every day lacks fresh vegetable and fruit fiber, protein and essential fatty acids, which can easily cause malnutrition in the long run, and lead to intestinal aging, constipation, loose and sunken skin, immune disorders, endocrine abnormalities, osteoporosis, and early menopause.

This malnutrition-based weight loss method is effective in the early stages, but in the long run, due to the body's lack of nutrients to maintain normal metabolism, weight loss is prone to stagnation and weight regain. If you continue to go on a vicious diet or induce vomiting after eating, it may lead to psychogenic anorexia.
