Eat this way to lose weight! 5 DIY tofu snacks

★Gold and silver tofu

Ingredients: 150 grams of tofu, 100 grams of fried tofu, 20 straw mushrooms (canned), 2 green onions, 100 grams of water, 15 grams of soy sauce, 4 grams of sugar, 4 grams of scallion oil, and a little starch to make a slurry.

  1. Cut tofu and fried tofu into 2 cm cubes. Cut green onions into sections and set aside.

  2. Add water to the pot, and when it boils, add soup ingredients, tofu, straw mushrooms, soy sauce, sugar, etc., and cook for about 10 minutes. Add starch slurry to thicken and serve in a bowl. Pour scallion oil around it, sprinkle scallion segments on the surface and serve.

★ Pipa Tofu

Ingredients: 150 grams of tofu, 100 grams of lean minced pork, 2 eggs, starch, salt, rice wine, pepper, MSG, appropriate amounts of onion and ginger, a little shredded ham and soaked mushroom shreds, 100 grams of wine, and 500 grams of broth.

  1. Blanch the tofu in boiling water and mash it into a paste. Beat it with minced meat, egg juice, starch, salt water, cooking wine, pepper and MSG until it becomes sticky. Add onion, ginger and water and mix well. Add a little sesame oil and mix well. Use 10 spoons, apply a little oil on each spoon and put the tofu paste in each spoon.

  2. Then put shredded ham and mushrooms on top, put them into the rice cooker and steam them thoroughly. Take them out and remove the spoon, then place the prepared tofu balls on a plate. Bring the broth to a boil, add in the wine, and when it boils again pour over the Pipa tofu.

★Kelp and tofu soup

Ingredients: 50 to 100 grams of tofu, 50 grams of vermicelli, 100 grams of cabbage, 100 grams of kelp, and 100 grams of tomato.

Method: Wash the cabbage, kelp and tomatoes with water, cut the tofu into cubes, cut the cabbage into shreds, and slice the tomatoes. Then put all the ingredients into a pot, add about 1000cc of water and cook until done.

★Tofu stewed rice

Ingredients: 50-100g tofu, half a carrot, half a bowl of cooked rice (about 150-200g), 2-3 teaspoons soy sauce

Method: Chop the tofu, wash and cut the carrots into shreds, then put the chopped tofu and carrots on a plate, add to the cooked rice, pour in the soy sauce, stir with a spoon, put in the rice cooker and simmer for about 20 minutes.

★Tofu Italian Rice

Ingredients: a piece of tofu, 150 grams of cooked rice, 1/4 onion, 1 can of canned tuna, a few bacon slices, asparagus, butter, 1 spoon of salad oil, 1 cup of soy milk (220ml), a little salt, some pepper and a little cheese powder.

  1. Chop onion and bacon and slice asparagus.

  2. Pour some salad oil into a hot pan, sauté onions and bacon over low heat, then add canned tuna and asparagus into the pan.

  3. After the oil is absorbed by the ingredients, add the soy milk and tofu and cook over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add a small amount of water and add the rice to stew together.

  4. When the soup is almost absorbed by the rice, add salt and pepper to season and serve. You can add a little cheese powder to enhance the flavor before eating.
