What to do with ovarian cysts?

Ovarian cysts are a common gynecological disease that can occur at all ages, but are most common in women aged 20-50. Clinical manifestations include abdominal pain, abdominal discomfort, increased vaginal discharge, yellow vaginal discharge, vaginal discharge odor, abnormal menstruation, usually a firm and painless mass in the abdomen, and sometimes pain during sexual intercourse.

Ovarian cysts are one of the most common ovarian diseases, and there are many common factors that lead to cysts. The root cause is genetic factors. About 20% of patients with ovarian cysts have a family history. There are also endocrine factors. Due to endocrine imbalance, ovarian cysts are usually a problem during childbearing age. Long-term dietary structure, poor living habits, and high psychological pressure lead to decreased physical function and immune function, which leads to abnormal proliferation of ovarian tissue and the formation of cysts. Food pollution and changes in environmental factors are also important causes of ovarian cyst formation.

In daily care of ovarian cysts, you should pay attention to the rules of life, do not stay up late, pay attention to hygiene, change underwear frequently, and wash clothes separately. Keep a good mood and exercise appropriately. In terms of dietary conditioning, it is divided into two aspects, that is, the diet in the conservative treatment stage should be based on a light diet with balanced nutrition; the dietary care in the surgical treatment stage should be determined according to the surgical process. Liquid diet can be given 6 hours after surgery. After the patient passes gas, semi-liquid diet and soft diet can be gradually added, and finally a general diet can be given.
