Will there be bleeding after uterine fibroid surgery? What are the hazards of uterine fibroid surgery?

The incidence of submucosal fibroids is relatively low, accounting for about 10% of uterine fibroids. So, at which age is uterine fibroids more common? Will there be bleeding after uterine fibroid surgery?

Once you have uterine fibroid disease, don't be afraid. Timely examination of uterine fibroids is very important and is also the most important part of treating uterine fibroids. Ideal hysterography can not only show the number and size of submucosal fibroids, but also locate them, which is very helpful for the early diagnosis of submucosal fibroids, and the method is simple. Photography at the fibroid site shows that the uterine cavity is full of incomplete.

According to a large number of clinical observations and experimental results, fibroids are a type of tumor that depends on estrogen for growth. Since they are common in women of childbearing age, 30 to 50 years old, especially in high-estrogen environments such as pregnancy and exogenous high estrogen, fibroids will gradually decrease after menopause.

Generally, there will be no bleeding after total myomectomy, but if the cervical margin is high, there may be a small amount of vaginal bleeding during menstruation. The amount depends on the level of cervical resection. If the resection is high, there is more endometrial residue, and the vaginal bleeding is relatively more, otherwise there is less vaginal bleeding. Those who have intramural myoma or submucosal myoma resection have wounds on the uterine wall, and there is less vaginal bleeding after surgery, which generally does not exceed 10 days, which is normal. If it exceeds half a month, they should go to the hospital for examination.

After total hysterectomy, a small amount of yellow or bloody discharge can be observed for a few days within 10-15 days and disappear naturally. If there is purulent discharge, it may be infection of the vaginal incision stump or vaginitis. You should go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time to find out the cause and treat it in time. If a patient with subtotal or total hysterectomy has a lot of vaginal bleeding, it may be a fissure, and you should go to the hospital for emergency examination immediately.
