Therefore, the medical community and nutritionists are more reserved about the idea of ​​drinking vinegar to lose weight, and believe that people's feeling of becoming lighter after drinking vinegar is purely a personal feeling! If you want to lose weight, you should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, increase dietary fiber, reduce total calorie intake and exercise more.

As for some people's belief that the anti-obesity amino acids contained in vinegar can inhibit fat formation, nutritionist Ki Yizhen also said that he had never heard of such a statement.
